IDAHO IRGATION PUMERS ASSOCIATION, INC.'S RESPONSES TO IDAHO POWER - 1 REQUEST NO.2: On Page 30 of his diect testiony, Mr. Yanel states ''te revenue from schedule 10 was only listed as $70,750,659." Did Mr. Yanel intend to refer to revenue from Schedule 24? If not, please clarfy the rate schedule to which Mr. Yanel is referg? RESPONSE TO REQUEST NO.2: The figue of $70,750,659 comes frm Company Exhbit 58, page 1, line 6. That line indicates ths figue is for Schedule 24, but Mr. Yanel assumes that ths covers all Irgation usage (standard, tie of use, and peak rewards customers). REQUEST NO.3: Please descrbe how the DSM resources report that was prepared for PacifiCorp and referenced by Mr. Yanel on page 34 of his direct testimony is applicable to Idaho Power. Please clarfy whether Mr. Yanel is referg to-.- .. PacifiCorp's Irgation Load Curlment Program or Idaho Power's Peak Reward Progr when he concludes ''tt it is inappropriate to have a DSM tye resource with such a large advantage to the system being under utilized by the customer because the credit being paid is such a small fraction of the benefit being realized." If Mr. Yanel is referrg to Idaho Power's Peak Rewards Program, please provide copies of the analyses perormed by Mr. Yanel tht support ths conclusion. RESPONSE TO REQUEST NO.3: As stated on page 35 of Mr. Yanels "". testiony, the report prepared by Quantec for PacifiCorp is applicable to Idaho Power to the extent that both Idao Power and PacifiCorp operate in the same general market (pacific Nortwest and the Southwest) and both Companes sere load in s.outher Idaho.
