To allow the Company to utilize these responses in preparing its rebuttal testimony, it is necessary that the responses to these production requests be provided as soon as possible, but no later than December 31,2007. IDAHO POWER COMPANY'S FIRST PRODUCTION REQUEST TO IDAHO IRRIGATION PUMPERS ASSOCIATION, INC.- Page 1 This production request is to be deemed continuing in nature and the Idaho Irrigation Pumpers Association is requested to provide, through supplementation, additional documents or information that is responsive to this request that it, or any person acting on its behalf, may later come into possession or become aware of. REQUEST NO.1: Please provide any documents 'or analyses Mr. Yankel relies on to support his contention that it is appropriate to weight only the growth in load by the seasonal marginal costs rather than to weight all usage by the seasonal marginal costs. REQUEST NO.2: On page 30 of his direct testimony, Mr. Yankel states "the revenue from Schedule 10 was only listed as $70,750,659." Did Mr. Yankel intend to refer to revenue from Schedule 24? If not, please clarify the rate schedule to which Mr. Yankel is referring? REQUEST NO.3: Please describe how the DSM resources report that was prepared for PacifiCorp and referenced by Mr. Yankel on page 34 of his direct testimony is applicable to Idaho Power. Please clarify whether Mr. Yankel is referring to PacifiCorp's Irrigation Load Curtailment Program or to Idaho Powets Peak Reward Program when he concludes "that it is inappropriate to have a DSM type resource with such a large advantage to the system being under utiized by the customers because the credit being paid is such a small fraction of the benefit being realized." If Mr. Yankel is referring to Idaho Power's Peak Rewards Program, please provide copies of the analyses performed by Mr. Yankel that support this conclusion.
