The Staff of the Idaho Public Utilities Commission, by and through its attorney of record
Weldon B. Stutzman, Deputy Attorney General, requests that Idaho Power Company (Company;
IPC) provide the following documents and information as soon as possible, but no later than
MONDAY, OCTOBER 29, 2007.
FOURTH PRODUCTION REQUEST TO
IDAHO POWER COMPANY OCTOBER 18, 2007
This Production Request is to be considered as continuing, and Idaho Power Company is
requested to provide, by way of supplementary responses, additional documents that it or any
person acting on its behalf may later obtain that will augment the documents produced.
For each item, please indicate the name of the person(s) preparing the answers, along with
the job title of such person(s) and the witness who can sponsor the answer at hearing.
REQUEST NO. 29: For the projects listed on the attached page and included in the excel file
please provide the following (including electronic version with active formulas):
A. Updated final cost if completed.
B. Estimated updated final cost if not completed.
C. In-Service date if already in service.
D. Estimated in-service date if not yet in service.
E. The month and year the project was added to the plant in service accounts.
F. The estimated month and year the project will be added to the plant in service accounts.
G. The FERC account(s) the project was recorded in or will be recorded in.
H. The annual depreciation for the project.
I. The monthly depreciation expense for the project.
1. The amount of depreciation expense for the project that was booked in 2006, and what
months it was recorded in.
K. The amount of depreciation expense for the project that was or will be booked in 2007
and what months it was or will be recorded in.
L. The deferred tax impact for each project for 2006 and 2007, by month.
