IPC-07- SUPPLEMENTAL RESPONSE OF IDAHO POWER TO THE FIRST PRODUCTION REQUEST OF MICRON TECHNOLOGY, INC. COMES NOW , Idaho Power Company ("Idaho Power" or "the Company ) and hereby supplements its response to Request No.1 O. SUPPLEMENTAL RESPONSE OF IDAHO POWER TO THE FIRST PRODUCTION REQUEST OF MICRON TECHNOLOGY, INC., Page REQUEST FOR PRODUCTION NO.1 0:Provide all data, workpapers and spreadsheets used to develop 2007 forecast sales revenues shown at Exhibit 2 , page 2 line 2. SUPPLEMENTAL RESPONSE TO REQUEST NO. 10: The Company hereby supplements its response to Request No.1 0 of Micron Technology Inc.'s First Set of Discovery Requests to include an electronic file titled CommerciaLCustomerCounCAdjusted.xls." This file details an additional adjustment made to the customer-related data used in the calculation of the test year sales revenue. When preparing its response to the Commission Staff's Second Request for Production Request No. 12 the Company discovered that the file titled BiliingUnits RetaiIRates.xls" that was provided as part of the response to Micron Request No.1 0 did not include an adjustment to the customer numbers as described in the following response to Request No. 12e of the Commission Staff: One adjustment was made to the customer forecast for Schedule 7 and Schedule 9 Secondary outside of the file referenced in Response to Request Nos. 12a and b (BiliingUnits RetaiIRates.xls). This adjustment was made to recognize the migration of approximately 000 customers from Schedule 7 to Schedule 9 Secondary that began in June 2006. Order No. 30035 in Case No. IPC-05-28 authorized a revision to the eligibility criteria for the two rate schedules effective June 1 , 2006 that resulted in this customer movement. As stated in the Response to Request No. 12a the Company does not forecast customer counts for each rate schedule individually. As a result, the2007 customer forecast was segmented into the various rate schedules according to the 2006 customer numbers. Since this change to the Schedule 7 and Schedule 9 Secondary eligibility criteria impacted only the second half of 2006 , an electronic file titled CommerciaLCustomerCounCAdjusted.xls included with this response.
