IPC-07- IDAHO POWER'S OBJECTION TO MICRON TECHNOLOGY'S FIRST SET OF DISCOVERY REQUESTS COMES NOW, Idaho Power Company ("Idaho Power" or "the Company ) and objects to the following discovery requests contained in Micron Technology s first set of discovery requests. REQUEST FOR PRODUCTION NO. 27:Provide copies of all materials previously submitted to the Commission Staff or other parties in connection with this rate case. You need not include discovery responses or other material already served on Micron s representatives. OBJECTION TO REQUEST FOR PRODUCTION NO. 27 : Idaho Power objects to this request because it is vague, provides no time parameters and is unlimited in scope. For example , materials previously provided to Staff in conjunction with filings concerning individual QF projects , which QF projects have now been included in the Company s net power supply cost expense, could arguably be "in connection" with this rate case. Both before and after the Application in this case was filed, Idaho Power provided Staff with materials in response to audit requests made pursuant to the Commission statutory audit authority. Some of the material provided to Staff during the audit could be construed to be connected to the Company s Application in this case. With Staff's permission , Idaho Power is willing to provide Micron with a copy of the audit questions Staff has recently posed to the Company. If Staff concurs, Micron could identify those audit questions it believes are relevant to this case for which it desires to review the materials provided to Staff.
