General Rate Case Filing
Dear Ms. Jewell:
In the process of responding to a data request, we discovered that the data for the
2007 Normalized Sales (kWh) and the average number of customers for Schedule 41
Street Lighting Service , was incorrectly entered on two exhibits. The enclosed revised
exhibits reflect the correct values for the 2007 test year. None of these revisions has any
effect on the rate case filing since kWh consumption and number of customers are not
used to determine the monthly rates for Schedule 41. Please let me know if you have any
questions.
The attached replacement exhibits are: Exhibit No. 58 pages 1 , 2 and 4 and Exhibit
No. 59 pages 1 and 17.
The Company will send copies of the replacement pages to all parties. Would you
please remove the existing above-referenced exhibit pages and replace them with the
enclosed pages.
I would appreciate it if you would return a stamped copy of this letter for my file in
the enclosed stamped, self-addressed envelope.
