Please accept the attached signature page of Ken Miler, Clean Energy Program Director,
Snake River Alliance, relative to the Settlement Stipulation in this docket. Due to what I
believe were technical problems in our office, the attached signature page evidently did
not arive at the PUC offices.
The Snake River Allance believes the settlement agreement in this docket is a reasonable
compromise in this matter and is in the best interests of those we represent, and equally
important, to the state ofIdaho and to Idaho's developing wind energy industry. We
believe timely implementation of this settlement is important to resolving what most
parties in this case agree has been an unduly protracted process. But we also believe the
settlement represents a good-faith effort on behalf ofIdaho Power, Renewable Northwest
Project, NW Energy Coalition, and other parties to reach a true compromise.
