Dear Ms. Jewell:
Pursuant to Idaho Code ~ 9-338 and the Idaho Public Utilities Commission s Public
Records Act Rules, our client, Avimor, LLC, an Idaho limited liability company, hereby requests
that it be provided with copies of all work papers created by or on behalf of the Commission
Staff involving any matter directly or indirectly related to Case Nos. IPC-06-23 and UWI-07-
01 (Avimor s Special Facilities Agreements with Idaho Power Company and United Water
Inc.). Excluded from this request are: 1) any documents included in the official records for the
above-identified cases; 2) correspondence sent by the Commissioners, the Idaho Public Utilities
Commission Staff and/or its Deputy Attorney Generals to Avimor, its representatives and agents;
and 3) correspondence sent by Avimor, its representatives or agents to the Commissioners, its
Staff or the Deputy Attorney Generals assigned to the agency. Please invoice our office for the
cost of any copies.
Please note that Idaho Code ~ 9-339 requires the Idaho Public Utilities Commission to
respond to this request within three (3) business days.
