Pursuant to Idaho Code 99-338 and the Idaho Public Utilities Commission s Public
Records Act Rules, our client, Avimor, LLC, an Idaho limited liability company, hereby requests
that it be allowed to examine and take copies of all written documents, regardless ofthe form (to
include electronic mail) sent or received by the Commissioners of the Idaho Public Utilities
Commission, its Staff and/or Deputy Attorney Generals assigned to the Commission to any
individuals or entities and including all internal communications not protected from disclosure
by applicable law involving any matter directly or indirectly related to Case Nos. IPC-06-
and UWI-07-01 (Avimor s Special Facilities Agreements with Idaho Power Company and
United Water, Inc.). Excluded from this request are: 1) any documents included in the official
records for the above-identified cases; 2) correspondence sent by the Commissioners, the Idaho
Public Utilities Commission Staff and/or its Deputy Attorney Generals to Avimor, its
