On Friday, October 27, 2006, PacifiCorp (d.a. Rocky Mountain Power) filed comments in Case
No. IPC-06-, Cassia Gulch Wind Park, LLC and Cassia Wind Farm, LLC. On the Service
List, Peter Richardson and Lawrence R. Lieb were inadvertently left off. They have since been
