The Staff of the Idaho Public Utilities Commission, by and through its attorney ofrecord
Scott Woodbury, Deputy Attorney General, requests that Idaho Power Company (Company; IPC)
provide the following documents and information as soon as possible, but no later than TUESDAY,
SEPTEMBER 12, 2006.
This Production Request is to be considered as continuing, and Idaho Power Company is
requested to provide, by way of supplementary responses, additional documents that it or any
person acting on its behalf may later obtain that will augment the documents produced.
For each item, please indicate the name of the person(s) preparing the answers, along with
the job title of such person(s) and the witness who can sponsor the answer at hearing.

REQUEST NO.1: Please provide a spreadsheet showing the following for each of the 26
Idaho net metering customers:
a. excess generation by month for at least the past 12 months
b. rate schedule under which each customer is billed for consumptive use
c. nameplate rating of the generating unit
d. type of generating resource (e., solar, wind, small hydro, etc.
Identities of individual customers do not need to be provided.
REQUEST NO.2: Please estimate the amount of costs that Idaho Power believes are
shifted to all customers within the Residential and Small General Service customer classes as a
result of the Company s Schedule 84 net metering program.
