Agreement For Electric Service
Dear Ms. Jewell:
On April 26 , 2006, the Company filed an Application for approval of an
Agreement for Electric Service between Idaho Power and the U.S. Department of
Energy. After the filing, we discovered that the dates for the term of the Agreement set
out on Exhibit A are incorrect. Enclosed are an original and (7) copies of a revised
Exhibit A to the Agreement for Electric Service with the correct dates. Please replace
Exhibit A that was filed on April 26 , 2006 with the enclosed Exhibit A.
