REQUEST NO. 29: What is the Company s general record keeping or

recent two calendar years are kept on file at the Company s Customer Service Center
within two Steelcase lateral file cabinets, five feet high by 42 inches wide. The 2006
replacement cost of these cabinets is approximately $900 each for a combined cost of
800. At the end of two calendar years, documents are put into boxes and shipped to
the Company s Record Center where they are retained for an additional 10 years.

over two dates each day, the effective date will depend on whether the letter was
generated before or after midnight. Most turn-on service orders are completed online
within a day of obtaining the beginning meter reading.
