Correction to Settlement Stipulation
Dear Ms. Jewell:
In regard to the Motion and Stipulation which were filed on Monday,
February 27 in the above-referenced case , it has come to our attention that in the
Stipulation (Attachment 1 to the Motion), the first two lines of Paragraph 10 , as agreed
to by the parties, were inadvertently omitted. To resolve this oversight, Idaho Power
requests that you remove the current Page 5 from the Stipulation and insert the
enclosed , revised page in its place.
Please find enclosed an original and seven (7) copies of the revised
Page 5 of the Stipulation described above. Copies of this letter and the revised Page 5
in both "clean" and "redline" versions have been sent to all parties of record.
I would appreciate it if you would return a stamped copy of this transmittal
letter to me in the enclosed self-addressed stamped envelope.
