COMES NOW , Idaho Power Company ("Idaho Power" or "the Company
and supplements its response to Production Request No.7 of the First Production
Request of the Commission Staff to Idaho Power Company dated March 23, 2005, as
follows:
REQUEST NO.7: Has ownership of the Bennett Mountain plant been
transferred to Idaho Power? If so, what was the Provisional Acceptance Date, what
was the Final Acceptance Date, and when was title transferred?
IDAHO POWER COMPANY'S SUPPLEMENTAL RESPONSE
TO FIRST PRODUCTION REQUEST OF COMMISSION STAFF Page
SUPPLEMENTAL RESPONSE TO REQUEST NO.7: Provisional
Acceptance, including full operational control of the generating plant, occurred on
April 1 , 2005. Transfer of title to all real and personal property associated with the
generating plant and assignment of all material agreements occurred on April 5, 2005.
Final Acceptance is scheduled to occur later this month when a final "punch list" of
minor items is completed by TR2, the vendor.
The response to this request was prepared by Barton L. Kline, Senior
Attorney, Idaho Power Company.
