COMES NOW, Idaho Power Company ("Idaho Power" or "the Company ) and, in
response to the First Production Request of the Industrial Customers of Idaho Power to
Idaho Power Company dated September 11 , 2006, herewith submits the following
information:
IDAHO POWER COMPANY'S RESPONSE TO THE SECOND PRODUCTION
REQUEST OF INDUSTRIAL CUSTOMERS OF IDAHO POWER -
REQUEST FOR PRODUCTION NO.Please provide , in electronic form
possible, all input data, assumptions , formulas, and models used in the calculations found
in Attachment of the application of the performance-based pilot demand-side
management incentive program filed in Case No. IPC-05-05 (ENERGY STAR (ID
Homes). If there have been any official updates since the filing of Case No. IPC-05-
to input data please provide those with updated calculations , also in electronic form where
possible.
RESPONSE TO REQUEST NO.2: The requested material is enclosed with this
response in electronic form. The Excel file provided on the enclosed compact disk
includes the input data and Excel formulas that support the derivation of the DSM
Alternative costs detailed in Attachment 1 of the application of the performance-based pilot
demand-side management incentive program filed in Case No. IPC-05-05. A complete
description of the DSM Alternative cost inputs included in the Excel file under the tab
labeled "2004 IRP Numbers" can be found in the 2004 Integrated Resource Plan
Technical Appendix within the Demand Side Resource Data section.
The response to this request was prepared by Tim E. Tatum , Analyst II in
consultation with Barton L. Kline, Senior Attorney, Idaho Power Company.
