responses to questions raised by the Commission Staff and others at the last workshop.
These questions requested, among other things , updated information on average use per
customer for new customers and marginal costs of new customers compared to embedded
fixed costs of new customers,
As noted in the Notice of Application issued by the Commission on March 6 , 2006
the parties may initiate and engage in settlement discussions during the workshop process.
