March 23 2004 Eagle City Council hearing where Idaho Power Company s Conditional Use
Permit or Application to construct a 138-kv transmission line was denied. Please include a copy
of all documents provided to the Council pertaining to its review of the Idaho Power 138-
transmission line proj ect.
REQUEST NO.3: Please provide a copy of the minutes from the March 23 2004
Council meeting and all other documents showing the Council's or City s reasons for denying
Idaho Power s 138-kv transmission line request.
REQUEST NO.4: Please provide a copy ofthe City of Eagle s most recent
Comprehensive Plan prepared pursuant to Idaho Code ~ 67-6508.
