It has come to my attention that Appendix 3 (page 53) included in Idaho
Power s 2005 Demand-Side Management Annual Report which was filed with the Idaho
Public Utilities Commission on March 15 , 2006, contains an error. Enclosed are four
copies of a revised Appendix 3. Please replace the Appendix 3 included in the reports
filed on March 15 with the enclosed copies of Appendix 3.
