This production request is to be deemed continuing in nature and the Industrial Customers of Idaho Power are requested to provide, through supplementation additional documents or information that is responsive to this request that it, or any person acting on its behalf, may later come into possession or become aware of. IDAHO POWER COMPANY'S FIRST INTERROGATORIES AND PRODUCTION REQUEST TO THE INDUSTRIAL CUSTOMERS OF IDAHO POWER Page REQUEST NO.1: Please supply the data and any documentation supporting the data used to create the charts in Exhibit 204, pages 1 and 2. REQUEST NO.2: Please specify the date when each data point used in creating the charts in Exhibit 204, pages 1 and 2 became available from the data supplier. REQUEST NO.3: Please describe the electricity market product(s) used to develop the prices used in the charts on Exhibit 204 , pages 1 and 2 (include term ancillary services included , etc.) Include any data and documentation Dr. Reading consulted or relied upon to verify or support inclusion of the prices used in the exhibit. REQUEST NO.4: Please identify or provide "Exhibit xx" referenced on page 6, line 19 , and page 11 , line 3 , of Dr. Reading s testimony. REQUEST NO.5: On page 10 of his testimony Dr. Reading testifies that In reality prices in the secondary market have not been as high as they predicted. Please provide copies of all data and documentation Dr. Reading relied upon to verify or support the accuracy of that testimony. REQUEST NO.6: On page 5 of Dr. Reading s testimony, he states that The variable costs of the power production from Danskin have varied between 60. cents per kWh in 2001 and 29.7 cents per kWh in 2002." Please identify each component of variable cost, and the costs attributed to each component of variable cost used to compute the 60.2 cents per kWh and the 29.7 cents per kWh amounts cited by Dr. Reading.
