witness Brilz describes the steps taken to compute the average of the actual and
weighted generation and transmission demand ratios. The referenced section of
the testimony refers generically to the ratios 010 and 013 for simplicity in
describing the steps taken to compute the averages. As pointed out by Micron
the ratios 010 and 013 arois not used as allocators in the cost-of-service
study. Lines 2 through 11 on page 18 of the testimony of Company witness Brilz
explains how weighted factors for both the summer and non-summer seasons
were computed and specifies that the factors used to allocate the demand-
related portion of production plant and tram;mission plant are the factors
designated as 01 OS, and D10NS, 0138 , and D13N8 The factor used to
allocate the transmission plant is desiqnated as 013. No seasonal factors are
developed for the allocation of transmission plant.Exhibit No. 40 details the
derivation of these allocation factors.
REVISED RESPONSE TO REQUEST NO.4 (final form): Lines 2
through 9 on page 17 of the testimony of Company witness Brilz describes the
steps taken to compute the average of the actual and weighted generation and
transmission demand ratios. The referenced section of the testimony refers
generically to the ratio 010 for simplicity in describing the steps taken to compute
the average. As pointed out by Micron the ratio 010 is not used as an allocator
in the cost-of-service study. Lines 2 through 11 on page 18 of the testimony of

designated as D10S and D10NS. The factor used to allocate the transmission
plant is designated as 013. No seasonal factors are developed for the allocation
of transmission plant. Exhibit No. 40 details the derivation of these allocation
