IPC-03- IDAHO POWER COMPANY' RESPONSE TO FIRST PRODUCTION REQUEST OF INDUSTRIAL CUSTOMERS OF IDAHO POWER COMES NOW, Idaho Power Company ("Idaho Power" or "the Company and in response to a portion of the First Set of Production Requests of the Industrial Customers of Idaho Power received by Idaho Power , herewith objects to the following requests: IDAHO POWER COMPANY'S RESPONSE TO FIRST PRODUCTION REQUEST OF THE INDUSTRIAL CUSTOMERS OF IDAHO POWER REQUEST NO. 11: Please provide monthly billing records from 1993 to 2003 for all Schedule 19 customers. RESPONSE TO REQUEST NO. 11: Idaho Power objects to this production request on the grounds that it is unduly burdensome and would require Idaho Power to disclose information that its customers expect Idaho Power to maintain as confidential information. A number of Schedule 19 customers directly compete with each other and the requested information would be competitively valuable information. Without waiving its objection , upon execution of an appropriate confidentiality agreement , Idaho Power would be willing to allow ICIP to review a redacted version of the readily available billing records. Prior to 1999 the requested information is only available on microfiche and duplicating that material would be unduly burdensome. The response to this request was prepared by Barton L. RESPONSE TO REQUEST NO. 13: Idaho Power objects to this production request on the grounds that it is vague, unduly burdensome, overly broad and would require Idaho Power to disclose information that its customers expect Idaho Power to maintain as confidential information.
