developed in this case. The description should include for each month of the test year the
calculations that demonstrate:
a. The number of Bill rendered and the customer charge utilized.
b. The number of kWh and the base rate charged for each kWh.
c. The number of kWh and the PCA rate charged for each kWh.
d. The number ofkW and the base rate charged for each kW.
e. Other charges/credits and billing determinants.
