Economic Development OfficeCity of Mountain Home 150 S 3 E Mountain Home, ID 83647 Mountain View Power A TTN: Robert Looper 1015 Hays Street Boise, ill 83702 August 22, 2003 RE: City Water Dear Mr. Looper The City of Mountain Home has granted Mountain View Power a Conditional Use Permit to construct a gas f1fed power plant in the City Limits. The City agreed to provide up to 250 gallons of water per minute to the facility. As with any customer within the City of Mountain Home, the water is provided " available . Public safety, emergencies and other scenarios could preclude the City from making the water available at a particular time. In other words, there are no guarantees but City water is certainly a very reliable source of water. Currently, the City has permits for up to nine minion gallons of water per day. The peak average consumption varies a great deal. Summer months see consumption at 6 million gallons per day and the winter is only about 2.5 million gallons per day. I hope this information is helpful to you. Contact me ifT can assist with anything. There is no additional energy pumping cost or other fees. IPCO could add a second unit for the same approximate water cost as already approvedbhe City of Mt. Home. The City has a new water supply pipe into the Industrial Park and a substantial fire water supply storage system within a few hundred yards of the site. The City water system is fully looped which allows for redundency in fire water delivery. For insurance purposes, this is apremier location for a proj ect .
