MINUTES OF DECISION MEETING
MAY 10, 2010 – 1:30 P.M.
In attendance were Commissioners Jim Kempton, Marsha Smith, and Mack Redford.
Commissioner Kempton called the meeting to order. The first order of business was approval of MINUTES FROM PREVIOUS MEETING on May 5th, 2010. A vote was taken to approve the minutes as written.
The next order of business was approval of the CONSENT AGENDA:
2. Carolee Hall's May 5, 2010 Decision Memorandum re: Cancellation of Certificate No. 376 in Case No. GNR-T-00-10 for Now Communications, Inc. 3. Don Howell/Kris Sasser's May 6, 2010 Decision Memorandum re: Proposed Schedule to Process Avista's General Rate Case, Case Nos. AVU-E-10-01/AVU-G-10-01. 4. Doug Cox's May 5, 2010 Decision Memorandum re: Avista Corporation Tariff Advice No. 58-10 Adding City of Oldtown Franchise Fee. 5. Gerry Galinato's May 7, 2010 Decision Memorandum re: General Rules and Regulations, Rule 14.1, Capitol Water Corporation Tariff Advice Filing. 6. Grace Seaman's May 7, 2010 Decision Memorandum re: Cambridge Telephone Company Inc.'s Compliance Filing to Increase Local Residential Rates, Advice Letter 10-01. 7. Grace Seaman's May 7, 2010 Decision Memorandum re: Midvale Telephone Exchange's Compliance Tariff Filing to Increase Local Residential Rates. 8. Matt Elam's May 3, 2010 Decision Memorandum re: Idaho Power's Petition to Amend the Agreement with EnerNOC, Case No. IPC-E-09-02. 9. Neil Price's May 5, 2010 Decision Memorandum re: Amended Application of TracFone Wireless, Inc. for Designation as an Eligible Telecommunications Carrier in the State of Idaho, Case No. TFW-T-09-01.
The Commission voted unanimously to accept Staff’s recommendations for items 2 - 9.
The next order of business was FULLY SUBMITTED MATTERS:
10. Deliberation re: Idaho Power's Application for Authority to Implement Fixed Cost Adjustment Rates Effective June 1, 2010, Case No. IPC-E-10-07. [No Memo. Weldon Stutzman, Attorney.]
Commissioner Kempton stated that the Fully Submitted Matter, item 10, would be deliberated privately.
There was no further business before the Commission and Commissioner Kempton adjourned the meeting.
