Efiiciency RiderActivity and Balance Report for the month-end Fgrn 2021. The Rider is
a regulatory liability account and as such, a negative balance indicates that the Rider
has collected amounts in advance of funding energy efficiency programs. Altematively,a positive balance indicates the Rider has funded energy effciency programs in
advance of collection.
