Enclosed please find ldaho Power Company's Confldentlal ldaho Energy
Efiiciency Rider Activity and Balance Report for the month-end July 2020. The Rider is
a regulatory liability account and as such, a negative balance indicates that the Rider
has collected amounts in advance of funding energy efiiciency programs. Alternatively,
a positive balance indicates the Rider has funded energy efiicienry programs in
advance of collection.
Please note that the enclosure contains commercially sensitive and potentially
material non-public information under Regulation FD. The undersigned attorney, in
accordance with RP 67, hereby certifies that the ldaho Energy Efficiency Rider Activity
