Dear Ms. Elroy
I am in receipt of your letter dated December 20, 2019, wherein Micron
Technology, lnc. ("Micron") has requested an increase to its monthly Contract Demand
from 63 megawatts ("MW") to 69 MW effective as of April 1,2020. ldaho Power
Company ("ldaho Power") is pleased to accommodate your request pursuant to the
Agreement for Electric Service between ldaho Power Company and Micron Technology,
lnc., dated December 29, 2009 ("Agreement'').
The Agreement provides that Micron may request an increase to its Contract
Demand in even 1,000 kilowatt increments. Agreement $ 6.2(a). The Agreement
further provides that such new Contract Demand shall be in effect for a minimum of at
least six (6) months. /d.
To confirm this mutual understanding, please have an authorized individual from
Micron countersign both originals of this letter, keep one original for your records, and
Per your request, Micron's new Contract Demand under the Agreement shall be
69 MW effective April 1,2020, and shall continue to at least October 1, 2020. ldaho
Power shall continue to provide a Contract Demand of 69 MW to Micron after October
1 , 2020, unless and until Micron provides notice that it desires to decrease and/or
increase its Contract Demand in accordance with the Agreement. See Sections 6.2(a)
and 6.2(b).
