Efficiency Rider Activity and Balance Report for the month-end November 2019.The
Rider is a regulatory liability account and as such,a negative balance indicates that the
Rider has collected amounts in advance of funding energy efficiency programs.
Alternatively,a positive balance indicates the Rider has funded energy efficiency
programs in advance of collection.
Please note that the enclosure contains commercially sensitive and potentially
