Workshop Concerning Energy Trading Contracts
And Their Relationship to Idaho Power Company’s
Power Cost Adjustment Calculations

Idaho Power Company and the Staff of the Idaho Public Utilities Commission will co-sponsor a workshop concerning energy trading contracts and their relationship to Idaho Power Company’s Cost Adjustment calculations. The workshop will be held at Idaho Power Company’s Corporate Headquarters, 1221 West Idaho Street, Boise, Idaho, on the first floor Auditorium West, from 8:30 a.m. until 5:00 p.m., September 23, 1999.
The agenda for the workshop will be:
Review of PCA components.

Discussion of Energy Trading contracts focusing on financial and/or regulatory reporting requirements.

Discussion of energy trading activities.

A. System used to record transactions.

Audit trail.

Wrap-up that ties PCA, financial reporting and trading activities together.

Discussion of topics addressed above.

Procedure to be followed for preparation of written report to Commissioners of the Idaho Public Utilities Commission.
