In attendance were Commissioners Jim Kempton, Marsha Smith and Mack Redford. Commissioner Kempton called the meeting to order. The first order of business was approval of MINUTES FROM PREVIOUS MEETING on December 21, 2009. A vote was taken to approve the minutes as written. The second order of business was approval of the CONSENT AGENDA: 2. Carolee Hall's December 28, 2009 Decision Memorandum re: Cambridge Telephone Company Tariff Advice 09-02 Requesting Authority to Introduce a New Advanced Custom Calling Feature Called Remote Call Forward. 3. Carolee Hall's December 28, 2009 Decision Memorandum re: CenturyTel of Idaho ("CenturyLink") Tariff Advice 09-02 Requesting Authority to Introduce New Custom Calling Services Called: Outbound Call Block Feature; and the Addition of Pure Broadband Bundled Packages. CenturyTel is also adding its new Customer Referral program for residence customers. An effective date of January 22, 2010 is requested. 4. Carolee Hall's December 28, 2009 Decision Memorandum re: CenturyTel of the Gem State, Inc. (CenturyLink") Tariff Advice 09-02 Requesting Authority to Introduce a New Customer Referral Program for Residence Customers. An effective date of January 22, 2010 is requested. 5. Grace Seaman's December 21, 2009 Decision Memorandum re: Cancellation of BridgeBand Communication, Inc.'s Certificate 406. Commissioner Kempton stated that Staff had recommended approval of items 2, 4, and 5. A unanimous vote was taken to approve these items. Commissioner Kempton stated that Ms. Hall had requested removal of item 3 from the agenda. A unanimous vote was taken to remove item 3 from the agenda. The next order of business was FULLY SUBMITTED MATTERS: 6. Deliberation re: Formal Complaint of BrunoBuilt Homes, Inc., Case No. IPC-E-09-27. [No Memo. Kristine Sasser, Attorney.] 7. Deliberation re: Intermountain Gas Company's Application for Authority to Establish Interruptible Snowmelt Tariffs, Case No. INT-G-09-03. [No Memo. Kristine Sasser, Attorney.] 8. Deliberation re: Idaho Power's Application for an Accounting Order to Amortize Accumulated Deferred Income Tax Credits and Approving a Stipulation, Case No. IPC-E-09-30. [No Memo. Weldon Stutzman, Attorney.] Commissioner Kempton stated that items 6, 7, and 8 would be deliberated privately. There was no further business and Commissioner Kempton adjourned the meeting.
