MINUTES OF DECISION MEETING
December 7, 2009 – 1:30 P.M.
In attendance were Commissioners Jim Kempton and Mack Redford. Commissioner Smith was absent and excused.
Commissioner Kempton called the meeting to order. The first order of business was approval of MINUTES FROM PREVIOUS MEETING on November 30, 2009. A vote was taken to approve the minutes as written.
The second order of business was approval of the CONSENT AGENDA:
2. Bryan Lanspery's December 4, 2009 Decision Memorandum re: Idaho Power Company Tariff Advice 09-12; Modifications to Schedule 23. 3. Bryan Lanspery's December 4, 2009 Decision Memorandum re: Rocky Mountain Tariff Advice 09-06; Rate Revisions for Schedules 400 and 401. 4. Weldon Stutzman's December 3, 2009 Decision Memorandum re: Idaho Power's Application for an Accounting Order to Amortize Accumulated Deferred Income Tax Credits and Approving a Stipulation, Case No. IPC-E-09-30.
The Commission voted unanimously to accept Staff’s recommendations for items 2, 3, and 4.
There was no further business and Commissioner Kempton adjourned the meeting.
