REQUEST FOR PRODUCTION NO.1: Please provide a list of all quaifying facilty projects Exergy or any of its Affliates owns, developed, is curently planing or developing, and/or has or had any type of ownership or control of in the state ofIdaho. For the puroses of these production requests, the term "Affiliates" shall mean any entity, corporation, person, joint venture, parership, or joint development agreement in which Exergy has any ownership or control. 1 - EXERGY'S RESPONSE TO IDAHO POWER'S FIRST PRODUCTION REQUEST , RESPONSE TO REQUEST FOR PRODUCTION NO.1: Exergy objects to ths Request on the grounds of relevance. REQUEST FOR PRODUCTION NO.2: For each project listed in response to Request for Production No.1, please identify the point of interconnection and provide a copy of the firm energy sales agreement and/or power purchase agreement Exergy or its Affliates has with the public utilty. RESPONSE TO REQUEST FOR PRODUCTION NO.2: See Response to Request for Production NO.1. Exergy notes, however, that any such firm energy sales agreement(s), to the extent it (they) exist would be on file at the Idaho Public Utilities Commssion and are generally available for public inspection. REQUEST FOR PRODUCTION NO.3: For each project listed in response to Request for Production NO.1, please describe whether Exergy and/or its Affliates retain the environmenta attbutes, including any and all renewable energy credits ("RECs") or green tags resulting from the generation of energy from the project.
