REQUEST FOR PRODUCTION NO.1: Please provide a list of all qualifyg facilty projects Grand View or any of its Affiliates owns, developed, is curently planng or developing, and/or has or had any type of ownership or control of in the state of Idaho. For the puroses of these production requests, the term "Affliates" shall mean any entity, corporation, person, joint ventue, parership, or joint development agreement in which Exergy has any ownership or control. RESPONSE TO REQUEST FOR PRODUCTION No.1: i - GRAND VIEW'S RESPONSE TO IDAHO POWER'S FIRST PRODUCTION REQUEST Grand View objects to ths Request on the grounds of relevance. REQUEST FOR PRODUCTION NO.2: For each project listed in response to Request . for Production No.1, please identify the point of interconnection and provide a copy of the fi energy sales agreement and/or power purchase agreement Grand View or its Affiliates has with the public utility. RESPONSE TO REQUEST FOR PRODUCTION NO.2: See Response to Request for Production No.1. Grand View notes, however, that any such firm energy sales agreement(s), to the extent it (they) exist would be on file at the Idaho Public Utilties Commission and are generally available to the public for inspection. REQUEST FOR PRODUCTION NO.3: For each project listed in response to Request for Production No.1, please describe whether Grand View and/or its Affliates retan the environmental attbutes, including any and all renewable energy credits ("RECs") or green tags resulting from the generation of energy from the project.
