REQUEST FOR PRODUCTION NO.1: Please provide a list of all qualifyng facilty projects Clearater or any of its Affliates owns, developed, is curently plang or developing, and/or has or had any tye of ownership or control of in the state ofIdaho. For the puroses of these production requests, the term "Affliates" shall mean any entity, corporation, person, joint ventue, parership, or joint development agreement in which Clearater has any ownership or control. 1 - CLEARWATER PAPER'S RESPONSE TO IDAHO POWER'S FIRST PRODUCTION REQUEST .. RESPONSE TO REOUEST FOR PRODUCTION NO.1: Clearater objects to ths Request on the grounds of relevance. REQUEST FOR PRODUCTION NO.2: For each project listed in response to Request for Production No.1, please identify the point of interconnection and provide a copy of the firm energy sales agreement and/or power purchase agreement Clearater or its Afliates has with the public utility to which it sells energy. RESPONSE TO REQUEST PRODUCTION NO.2: See response to Request for Production NO.1. Clearater notes, however that any such firm energy sales agreement(s), to the extent it (they) exist would be on file at the Idao Public Utilities Commission and are generally available for public inspection. REQUEST FOR PRODUCTION NO.3: For each project listed in response to Request for Production No.1, please describe whether Clearater or its Affliates retains environmenta attbutes, including any and all renewable energy credits ("RECs") or green tags resulting from the generation from the project.
