The Staff of the Idaho Public Utilties Commission, by and through its attorney of record,
Scott Woodbury, Deputy Attorney General, requests that Idaho Power Company (Company;
Idaho Power) provide the following documents and information as soon as possible, but no later
than TUESDAY, FEBRUARY 9, 2010. Documentation and information provided that is
marked confidential wil be segregated by utilty and reviewed only by Staff.
This Production Request is to be considered as continuing, and Idaho Power is requested
to provide, by way of supplementary responses, additional documents that it or any person acting
on its behalf may later obtain that wil augment the documents produced.
For each item, please indicate the name of the person(s) preparing the answers, along
with the job title of such person(s) and the witness who can sponsor the answer at hearing. In

addition to the written copies provided as response to the questions, please provide all Excel and
electronic fies on CD with formulas activated and operationaL.
REQUEST NO.1: Please provide documentation or evidence showing the cost of wind
generated energy offered to Idaho Power by the top three ranked proposals submitted in response
to the 2009 Wind RFP. Please list the cost by year for each year of the proposed contract term.
For each project, please indicate whether the costs are inclusive of utility ownership of all
environmental attributes or renewable energy credits.
