The Staff of the Idaho Public Utilities Commission, by and through its attorney of record, Scott
Woodbury, Deputy Attorney General, requests that PacifiCorp dba Rocky Mountain Power (Company;
PacifiCorp) provide the following documents and information as soon as possible, but no later than
TUESDAY, FEBRUARY 9, 2010. Documentation and information provided that is marked
confidential wil be segregated by utilty and reviewed only by Staff.
This Production Request is to be considered as continuing, and PacifiCorp is requested to
provide, by way of supplementary responses, additional documents that it or any person acting on its
behalf may later obtain that wil augment the documents produced.
For each item, please indicate the name of the person(s) preparing the answers, along with the
job title of such person(s) and the witness who can sponsor the answer at hearing. In addition to the
written copies provided as response to the questions, please provide all Excel and electronic files on
CD with formulas activated and operationaL.

from the following wind facilities for which PacifiCorp has power purchase agreements:
Mountain Wind Power I
Mountain Wind Power II
Spanish Fork
Three Buttes Wind Power (Duke)
Oregon Wind Far I
Oregon Wind Far II
Please list the cost by year for each year of the proposed contract term. For each project, please
indicate whether the costs are inclusive of utilty ownership of all environmental attributes or
renewable energy credits.
REQUEST NO.2: Please provide documentation, evidence, or analysis showing the cost of
energy from the following PacifiCorp-owned wind facilities:
Glenrock Wind I
Glenrock Wind III
Marengo II
Rollng Hils Wind
Seven Mile Hil Wind
Seven Mile Hil Wind II
High Plains (provide estimates if the project is not yet complete)
Please list the cost by year for each year of the expected project life. For each project, please indicate
