On February 19, 2000, the Idaho Public Utilities Commission inadvertently forwarded a “Notice of Party Alignment” in the above-referenced consolidated appeals. By Order dated February 9, 2000, the Court, on its own motion, dismissed the Petitions for Review in the dockets for lack of jurisdiction. Consequently, the Notice of Party Alignment is unnecessary because the petitions have been dismissed.
