Subject: City of Burley customers currently being served by United Electric

According to the May 21, 1986 Territory Service Agreement section 6.

Some or all of the Unity/United customers on ALMO should be served by the City of Burley. Any of the
homes that were torn down after 1985 and then rebuilt were, according to the service agreement, are
supposed to then be served by the City of Burley.

Further research needs to be completed to determine why the violation occurred.
