Excel spreadsheets and electronic files with formulas intact and enabled.
REQUESTNO.3:The Company's response to Production Request No.169 in Case No.
AVU-E-23-01 states that the weighted average price of allowances in an inventoryaccount will
be the unit price of the monthlyemission expense.Please provide an example of how the
weighted average price is calculated.Also,please confirm that the price is calculated on a
monthlybasis.
REQUESTNO.4:The Company's response to Production Request No.2 in this case
states that Lessor-Of scheduling allows total wholesale sales to be offset by in-Washington
generation.Please explain whether the in-Washington generationhas to be renewable energy.
