HomeMy WebLinkAbout20090511min.docIDAHO PUBLIC UTILITIES COMMISSION MINUTES OF DECISION MEETING May 11, 2009 – 1:30 P.M. In attendance were Commissioners Jim Kempton, Marsha Smith and Mack Redford. Commissioner Kempton called the meeting to order. The first order of business was approval of MINUTES FROM PREVIOUS MEETING on May 4, 2009. Commissioner Kempton noted two corrections and the minutes were approved as amended. The second order of business was approval of the CONSENT AGENDA: 2. Carolee Hall’s May 4, 2009 Decision Memorandum re: Application for Approval of Negotiated Agreement Between Cambridge Telephone Company, Inc. (“Cambridge”) and Sprint Spectrum L.P. and Sprintcom, Inc., Collectively (“Sprint”), Case No. CAM-T-09-01. There was no discussion on this item and the Commission voted unanimously to accept and approve the Interconnection Agreement. 3. Carolee Hall’s May 4, 2009 Decision Memorandum re: Application for Approval of Negotiated Agreement Between Cambridge Telephone and New Cingular Wireless PCS, LLC dba AT&T Mobility, Case No. CAM-T-09-02. There was no discussion on this item and the Commission voted unanimously to accept and approve the Interconnection Agreement. 4. Scott Woodbury’s May 1, 2009 Decision Memorandum re: Motion for Limited Admission – Pro Hac Vice, Case No. IPC-E-09-03 (Idaho Power). There was no discussion on this item and the Commission voted unanimously to grant the motion. 5. TJ Golo’s May 5, 2009 Decision Memorandum re: Modification to Idaho Power’s Schedule 23 – Irrigation Peak Rewards Program, Tariff Advice No. 09-03. There was no discussion on this item and the Commission voted unanimously to accept the proposed modifications. The last order of business was FULLY SUBMITTED MATTERS: 6. Deliberation re: Avista’s Proposed Changes to Its Electric Schedule 51 (Line Extensions, Conversions & Relocation Charges), Case No. AVU-E-09-03. [No Memo. Don Howell, Attorney.] 7. Deliberation re: Idaho Power’s Application to Increase the Energy Efficiency Rider, Case No. IPC-E-09-05. [No Memo. Weldon Stutzman, Attorney.] 8. Deliberation re: Idaho Power’s Application to Modify and Terminate the Performance-Based Demand-Side Management Incentive Pilot Program, Case No. IPC-E-09-04. [No Memo. Weldon Stutzman, Attorney.] Commissioner Kempton stated these items would be deliberated privately. There was no further business before the Commission and Commissioner Kempton adjourned the meeting.
