Your account has been enrolled in the Winter Moratorium. This program provides protection of your service during the months of December, January and February. Any outstanding balance is due in full on the last day of February if other arrangements have not been made for your account. We encourage you to continue to make regular monthly payments throughout the winter.
Regular payments throughout the winter help reduce your outstanding balance. Making regular payments also allows us more flexibility in working with you on arrangements at the end of the program.
The Winter Payment Plan is one pay plan available to assist you in managing your winter heating costs. If you have already enrolled in the Winter Payment Plan, we have included your monthly amount in the section below. The monthly amount and due date will be displayed on your billing statements.
The amount of your Winter Payment Plan is displayed below. If you are not enrolled in the Winter Payment Plan the amount will be left blank. Any unpaid deposit balance is not included in the Winter Payment Plan Amount noted below. Separate arrangements set for the deposit will be reflected on your billing statements.
