Please see Avista's response 178C, which contains TRADE SECRET, PROPRIETARY or
CONFIDENTIAL information and exempt from public view and is separately filed under
IDAPA 31.01.01, Rule 067 and 233, and Section 9-340D, Idaho Code.

Please see Staff_PR_180C Confidential Attachments A & B for a copy of the invoices and
Staff_PR_180 Attachments A for the invoice allocations. The Company will provide digital
access to the confidential invoices upon request.

Invoices for McLane Law PLLC were not included as all those invoices were for two different
matters (employee litigation matters) and all the charges were moved out of Operating. In fact the
amount is negative for both matters $-84,578.81 charged to AN and $-26,574.15 charged to AA.
