Here are the answers to a couple more of your questions:  
1.With the upcoming IRP process how will we discuss retirement of Colstrip?
The plant will be modeled with the new depreciation study (assuming the transaction is finalized) for cost analysis. We 
will continue to model shut down scenarios, but for the expected case, no end date has been determined at this time. 
2.How does the new coal contract impact the IRP?
When we sign an agreement we will price the certainty we have  of that contract (if there is any) and make assumptions 
for prices afterward. Per Commission Acknowledgement letters we will test scenarios with alternative contract costs.
