Thanks for the phone call this morning. I am sending along some of the information we discussed and below is a list of 
things we said we would follow up on:  
Further detail on the intergenerational concept with Colstrip  ‐ please see attached Testimony from our WA
Merger Docket by Christopher Hancock, at page 23
Obligations and information sharing between parties  ‐ I will send the Data Request the Company responded to
in the Montana Merger Docket that includes the Operations agreement shortly
Depreciation lives used by other owners ‐ I will send shortly
The following items I have requested internally and I will forward as soon as I receive it:  
Life expectancy of the Rosebud mine
Meeting minutes
IRP information (will retirement be discussed and how is the coal contract impacting the IRP)
Westmorland bankruptcy and how that impacts Avista
