On behalf of the Parties,this letter hereby notifies the Idaho Public Utilities Commission
(the"Commission")that the Transaction(as described in the notice dated September 1,2026)
was consummated on September 30,2026. In addition,the Parties request that the Commission
accept this letter as notice that AireSpring, Inc.has converted from a corporation to a limited
liability company(AireSpring,LLC), as described in the notice, and update its records
accordingly.1
