TERRITORY AGREEMENT BETWEEN
THE APPLICANTS
Idaho Forest Group LLC ("IFG")respectfully submits this brief written comment to advise
the Idaho Public Utilities Commission("IPUC")of scheduling developments at the Idaho Supreme
Court("ISC")regarding ISC Docket No. 52965-2025,Idaho Forest Group,LLC v. City ofBonners
Ferry, resolution of which IFG respectfully asserts is relevant to this proceeding pending before
the IPUC. On October 9, 2026, the ISC issued a Notice of Hearing Dates for the Supreme Court,
requesting the parties' availability on January 8, 13, 15, and 22, in 2027. Although the parties are
waiting for the ISC to formally schedule the matter, based on the parties' availability, it appears

that oral argument before the ISC may occur on January 22,2027. IFG will update the IPUC when
the matter is formally scheduled for oral argument.
