SUBJECT: IN THE MATTER OF IDAHO POWER COMPANY'S 2027 WILDFIRE
MITIGATION PLAN; CASE NO. IPC-E-26-28.
On October 1, 2026, Idaho Power Company ("Company") applied to the Idaho Public
Utilities Commission ("Commission") requesting approval of its 2027 Wildfire Mitigation Plan
("Application").A copy of the proposed 2027 Wildfire Mitigation Plan("2027 WMP")is attached
to the Application as Attachment 1.
STAFF RECOMMENDATION
Commission Staff recommends that the Commission issue a Notice of Application and
Notice of Intervention Deadline establishing a 21-day intervention period.
COMMISSION DECISION
