SUBJECT: IN THE MATTER OF IDAHO POWER COMPANY'S ANNUAL
COMPLIANCE FILING TO UPDATE THE LOAD AND GAS
FORECASTS IN THE INCREMENTAL COST INTEGRATED
RESOURCE PLAN AVOIDED COST MODEL; CASE NO. IPC-E-26-30.
On October 15, 2026, Idaho Power Company ("Company") submitted its annual
compliance filing to update the load forecast, natural gas forecast, and long-term contract
changes used in the Company's Integrated Resource Plan avoided cost methodology, as well as
the validated Peak and Premium Peak Hours used to calculate capacity payments for energy-
storage qualifying facilities, consistent with Order Nos. 32697, 32802, and 36885
("Application").
STAFF RECOMMENDATION
Staff recommends the Commission issue a Notice of Application and Notice of Modified
Procedure establishing a December 3, 2026, public comment deadline, and a December 10, 2026,
Company reply deadline.
