SUBJECT: IN THE MATTER OF MEADOWS WATER, LLC'S APPLICATION FOR
AUTHORITY TO INCREASE RATES AND CHARGES FOR WATER
SERVICE; CASE NO. MWL-W-26-01.
On August 28, 2026, Meadows Water, LLC ("Company") applied to the Idaho Public
Utilities Commission ("Commission") requesting authority to increase its rates and charges for
water service ("Application").
On September 14, 2026, the Commission issued a Notice of Application and Notice of
Intervention Deadline, setting a deadline for interested parties to file a petition to intervene. Order
No. 37164. No petitions to intervene were filed.
STAFF RECOMMENDATION
Commission Staff ("Staff') recommends the Commission issue a Notice of Modified
Procedure, establishing a January 12, 2027, public comment deadline, and a February 2, 2027,
reply comment deadline.Additionally, Staff recommends the Commission issue a Notice of Public
Workshop, setting a virtual Public Workshop conducted by Staff at a time and place to be set by
Order of the Commission, and a Notice of Customer Hearing, setting a customer hearing at a time
and place to be set by Order of the Commission.
COMMISSION DECISION
Does the Commission wish to issue a Notice of Modified Procedure, establishing a January
